Our 2024 Winter performance

will be held on Saturday January 13, 2024

Leotard Rehearsal
We will NOT have a dress rehearsal at Sandler Center.
We WILL have ONE leotard rehearsal
AT THE STUDIO ON SATURDAY JANUARY 6TH.
This will be in regular dance clothes, no costumes are needed.
Act 1 will rehearse from 1:00-2:30 PM
Act 2 will rehearse from 2:30-4:15 PM
This is a VERY important rehearsal. Please make every effort to have your child attend.
A list of which classes are in which act can be found below. If you are unsure of which class your child is in, please ask their teacher!

please let us know when you pick them up.

Performance Day Instructions
DANCERS will enter Sandler through the performer's entrance. Looking at the front of Sandler, that is found on the left hand side of the building. GUESTS enter through the front door.
If your dancer is in ONLY in the first act please bring them directly to the FIRST dressing room they are assigned to and check in with the room mother. They will stay there for the duration of the FIRST ACT. Our staff will handle any changing. They will need to be picked up when we break for intermission and may then sit in the audience with you.
If your dancer is ONLY in the second act, they can sit with you in the auditorium for the first half of the show, you will bring them backstage to check in with the room mother in the FIRST dressing room they are assigned to when we break for intermission. That is where they will stay even if they are in multiple numbers. Our staff will handle any changing.
If your dancer has routines in BOTH acts they will go to the first assigned dressing room before Act 1 and stay there for the duration of Act 1. You will need to come backstage during intermission to move them to their assigned dressing room for Act 2, be sure to check in with the room moms!
The fewer people we have in the dressing area the easier it is for everyone. PLEASE DO NOT come back stage until Intermission to pick up your child. It is disruptive to the audience for people to be going in and out of the auditorium, it is disruptive to the students to have people backstage and ALL the children dancing deserve to have a full audience to perform for.
We ask all students to come back stage during "Girls, Girls, Girls" so they can be a part of our finale. Dancers will be dismissed from the stage All Explore and Develop Purple dancers will be given a dancer pick up pass, it must be presented to our staff to pick your dancer up.
